The venue change for this event wasn’t ideal but Jay Farrant and The ABS Gym crew put a brilliant event together. ABS provided almost the entire morning crew with James Hanley’s Revolution Fitness team providing the afternoon team.

Our fantastic spotting and loading team were run Killian Carolan who worked like a trooper all day long. The morning team were A.B.S. Powerlifting’s Suzie Gray, Louis Warren, Jordan Konczak, and Anna Hourihane whilst the afternoon team were Revolution Fitness’s Ian Wafer, Paul Kelly, Eric Killeen, and Jack Giggs Ryan.

Finally, Ally Ni Raghallaigh and Leslie Hoare kept the competition table running smoothly all day – huge thanks to both.
