University Nationals will be taking place on March 8th & 9th 2025 in Phenom Gym, Cork!

In order to be eligible to lift at University Nationals (as it’s the qualifier for Uni Worlds 2025), you must fulfil the following FISU criteria:
– Be at least 18 and not over 25 by 31st December 2025
– Have an Irish passport
You must also have competed in the IrishPF previously and have set a total in the qualifying period of January Open 2024 to December Open 2024

If you do not satisfy the above criteria, you cannot purchase a Nationals ticket.

We will have an Open Division on the same weekend for lifters that are not eligible so please purchase a ticket for University Open instead (both links available below).

Tickets for both events will be going on general sale this Sunday, December 15th at 9am!
Early bird tickets will be going on sale this Friday 13th at 9am so, if you are on the early bird list, you will receive a separate link before Friday morning.

You must be a member of the Irish Powerlifting Federation to compete and all Anti-Doping protocols will be in place.
If you don’t have membership, please purchase it HERE.
We will no longer be asking for your registration number but the competition directors will be checking that you have 2025 membership. If you don’t have any, your ticket will be refunded and passed on to the waiting list.
