The Irish Powerlifting Federation will be holding an Extraordinary General Meeting on Sunday 7th September at 11AM on Zoom to elect members to fill the following roles on the Executive Committee:
– Treasurer
– Vice-President

If you are interested in applying for the position of Treasurer or Vice-President, please nominate yourself using THIS FORM before Saturday 30th August at 6pm.
If you are nominating someone else, please ensure that they accept the nomination.

The following criteria are required for the nomination to be accepted:

1. The nomination is made by an IrishPF Member
AND
2. The nominee is a member of the IrishPF who accepts the nomination
AND
3. The member is in good standing with the federation

The link to the EGM Zoom call and the list of nominees will be shared to all IrishPF members by Monday 1st September.
The voting will take place at the EGM on September 7th at 11AM.

The EGM will commence with a roll-call and quorum establishment where we count those present and verify their membership and eligibility to vote. If you are a current (2025) member of the IrishPF, then you are eligible to attend and vote at the EGM. Membership is available on the Clubforce website. There is no proxy voting allowed; only members who are present on the day are eligible to vote.

We will then proceed to the election of Treasurer and Vice-President and conclude the meeting after this.
We expect the EGM to take a maximum of 30 minutes.
