The Irish Powerlifting Federation is pleased to share the first public version of its Constitution.
This document sets out the framework for how the Federation is governed, including:

• the roles and responsibilities of members and officers,
• how Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs) are conducted,
• the structure and duties of the Executive Committee, and
• the processes for finance, discipline, and decision-making.

This is the first edition to be publicised, ensuring transparency and accessibility for all members and stakeholders.
It will serve as the reference point for the Federation’s governance, with any future amendments or by-laws to be published in the same way.
