After having changed the location of the meet, we apologise that we now
must also change the date of the competition, due to scheduling issues.
We are doing everything we can to ensure this competition goes ahead
since this is the final qualifying competition for Nationals 2025.
Therefore, the August Open in Apex will now be held on the 9th & 10th of August. 

Thank you to Brendan Conlon and GainForth Gym who will also be helping to kit out the warm-up room for this competition!
